Responsibilities
- Capacity Planning & Management: Manage backup, disaster recovery, and failover solutions, and conduct capacity planning to forecast future growth and scalability requirements.
- TLA is seeking a skilled and proactive Systems Engineer to design, implement, and maintain our organization's critical IT infrastructure.
- Implement and maintain robust security measures, including firewalls, access controls, and data encryption, ensuring compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements. ·
- Collaborate with software developers, network engineers, and project managers, and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures for knowledge sharing and audits.
