About the role
- The Project Manager, Technical is responsible overseeing, planning and coordinating all aspects of the full life cycle of the technical project for the customer.
- Ensures all project goals and deliverables are accomplished within the prescribed timeframe, budgetary parameters and to the customer's satisfaction.
- As a federal contractor, CNI is a drug-free workplace and adheres to the Federal Controlled Substance Act.
Responsibilities
- Performs job cost analysis.
- Maintains a solid customer relationship and assures customer satisfaction with the successful execution of the project.
- This includes developing the methodology, offering solutions to problems, and contributing to the deliverables and performance metrics where applicable.
- Coordinates responses to Requests for Proposals (RFP's) and Requests for Quotes (RFQ's) which may include but is not limited to creating cost estimates and proposals, analyzing quotation request information or specifications and developing a quotation plan.
- Manages and assists in developing and maintaining information technology programs as requested, in accordance with approved system/subsystem design requirements and specifications.
- Implements industry best practices, project management tools and methodologies.
Requirements
- Must possess appropriate level of certifications for this position as required by the contract.
- May be required to pass pre-employment screening that includes background and drug testing.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required customer clearance for access to systems, facilities, equipment and property.
- Regularly required to sit.
- Regularly required use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms to handle objects and operate tools, computer, and/or controls.
- The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
- May be required to coordinate pricing information necessary to complete a quotation, as well as review all estimated inputs for completeness, accuracy, and compatibility.
Nice to have
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred.
- Five to ten (5-10) years experience in government contracting preferred.
Compensation
- The estimated pay range for this role is $100,000 to $150,000, with the final offer contingent on location, skillset, and experience.
