About the role
- Accountable for implementing the scrum framework, coaching others to understand it better, and enabling the team to continuously improve.
- As the Scrum Master you will guide and ensure their team understands the scrum framework and its values and practices.
- You will be a servant leader who helps the team to be self-sufficient and achieve its goals via effective Agile and Lean practices.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with other agile teams to identify, promote, and adopt best practices
- Manage Large projects within IT application space
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Legal authorization to work in the US is required.
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent knowledge in the areas of application / software engineering
- On-hand experience with Jira, Jira Align, Confluence

Skills
- Understand, apply and coach Agile and Lean principles within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- Understanding of ITIL framework
