- Support the configuration and deployment of Vooma's platform for new and existing accounts
- Build and maintain deployment playbooks and automations that improve consistency across the customer lifecycle
- Excellent verbal and written communication and strong organizational and relationship-building skills
Requirements
- 1-2+ years of experience in operations, consulting, customer success, or a customer-facing role.
