You'll prepare mechanical scopes of work, RFPs, budgets, and manage payment applications for HVAC, piping, plumbing, and other MEP systems.
You'll review mechanical installation progress for quality and compliance with design drawings, specifications, and commissioning requirements.
You'll lead and document coordination meetings with Owners, Engineers, Architects, General Contractors, and trade partners.

Proven experience managing HVAC, plumbing, piping, and other MEP systems on large-scale construction projects
Strong knowledge of mechanical construction means and methods, MEP systems, commissioning processes, and construction management best practices.
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate with Owners, Engineers, Contractors, and cross-functional project teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and Outlook, with the ability to manage schedules, budgets, and project reporting.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
