Lead cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring alignment on objectives, timelines, and deliverables
Support the launch and scaling of initiatives that drive IWM Net New Asset growth
Partner with business units, international regions, and control functions to advance strategic projects and improve execution.
Develop data-driven insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders
Enhance the lead distribution process to improve opportunity quality, advisor engagement, and business impact.
Project management skills, including ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and adjust to changing priorities and deadlines

Display strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to operate effectively across multiple priorities and stakeholder groups

Bachelor's degree required
advanced degree preferred
Experience within financial services is preferred
direct Wealth Management expertise a plus.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including collaborative work style and ability to influence stakeholders
experience working across teams and with senior leadership a plus

Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail and results-oriented individual
Strong team player, and high energy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between 110,000 and 190,000 per year at the commencement of employment.

International Wealth Management (IWM) is a division within Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management (PWM) that focuses on overseeing the business and key strategic efforts focused on servicing International clients (i.e., clients residing outside the US, and booking assets at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney).
IWM has been one of the largest growth business within WM over the last few years and a strategic focus of the firm.
