About the role
- We are a rapidly growing manufacturer's rep firm based in Texas that represents commercial HVAC products.
- We are currently seeking a Parts Counter Sales person responsible for processing customer orders and responding to customer's inquiries.
- This position needs a self-motivated team player who can be an active part of our team and seeks remedies to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
- Must have attention to detail, be customer service oriented and work well with others.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to operate computer keyboard and telephone, reach with hands and arms.
- The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, and sit.
- The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required.
- The Required Profile
- Will be required to work in an office environment and possibly, occasionally in the field.
Nice to have
- Computer skills are essential, HVAC Parts background is preferred
- HVAC, Mechanical Contracting, Engineering or Construction industry experience a plus.

- Actively makes customers aware of product promotions.
- Follows up with customers
- Develop & maintain relationships with customers and our business partners
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
