Requirements
- A self-driven mindset with the ability to work independently
- Comfort working outside in all weather conditions
- Telecom, broadband, or tech-related sales experience (not required)
- Ability to make quick, informed decisions independently Physical Requirements

- Reliable attendance and ability to maintain a full-time schedule
- Availability 10 AM-7 PM, 40 hours/week

Compensation
- Our Outside Sales Representatives enjoy: • Uncapped Commission: earn as much as you can sell • $5,000 Signing & Performance Bonus (when hitting goals in your first 120 days) • Base Salary: $35,000 + Unlimited Commission Potential • Typical
