Responsibilities
- Administers medications and performs procedures safely and efficiently.
- Responds to emergencies and maintains BLS certification.
- Provides age-specific care and support.
- Monitors and maintains a safe care environment.
- Supports research activities and demonstrates flexibility in responsibilities.
Requirements
- Experience/Skills
- Minimum of 2 years recent experience as an RN in an Ambulatory Oncology setting
- Graduate of an NLN or CCE accredited school of nursing
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- Current CPR certification
Nice to have
- Certification in Oncology Nursing (OCN, AOCN, or CPON)
- Minimum of 2 years recent experience as an RN in Oncology
- Demonstrated ability to work as an effective member of an interdisciplinary team
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and independent decision-making skills
- Ability to function in a busy setting with complex patient needs
Compensation
- $38k-$80k
