About the role
- In this role you will play a critical role in supporting aircraft modification programs by managing and optimizing the use of Microsoft Project Web App (PWA) as the primary tool for production scheduling, project tracking, and resource management.
Responsibilities
- Create project sites, set up schedules, assign tasks, and manage timelines
- Plan and sequence work orders, optimize resource allocation, and minimize downtime using real-time data
- Maintain accurate digital records, including work scopes, approvals, revisions, and audit trails
- Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, maintenance technicians, and supply chain teams to integrate inputs into PWA
- Use risk assessment tools to evaluate potential production issues and develop contingency plans
Requirements
- It enables groups to self-organize around hard problems, shift fluidly as priorities evolve, and operate with the trust, curiosity, and discipline required in a complex mission space.
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States: must be a U.S. citizen
- Clearance required at time of hire: Active Confidential / Secret clearance required at time of hire, and the ability to maintain it throughout employment
