About the role

As a frontline ambassador for Academies of Math and Science (AMS), this position plays a critical role in connecting with prospective families, representing the AMS brand at community events, and guiding families through the enrollment process.
Success in this role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, professionalism, adaptability, and the ability to confidently engage with diverse communities.
AMS Impact Group is the management organization supporting Academies of Math and Science (AMS), a network of high-performing public charter schools serving nearly 10,000 students across Arizona and Arkansas.

Build relationships with prospective families and community partners through proactive outreach.
Generate qualified enrollment leads by engaging families and sharing information about AMS programs and campuses.
Make outbound calls to prospective families to provide enrollment support and follow up on inquiries.
Support campus registrars and enrollment staff in achieving student enrollment goals.
AMS Impact Group is seeking an energetic, relationship-focused, and bilingual (Spanish/English) Enrollment Outreach Coordinator to support student recruitment and enrollment initiatives across our network of high-performing charter schools.
Provide on-site support and troubleshoot logistical issues during community events.
Support pre-event preparation, including labeling, packing, scheduling, and coordinating event logistics.
Maintain clear communication with event managers, vendors, and internal departments before, during, and after events.
Lead Management & Administrative Support
Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, family interactions, and enrollment leads using CRM and enrollment management systems.

High school diploma or GED required.
Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) is required.
Ability to travel frequently throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Ability to confidently present information and answer questions regarding AMS schools and programs.
Experience using CRM, enrollment, or contact management systems.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Fluency in both English and Spanish is required, as this position regularly communicates with Spanish-speaking families to ensure equitable access to enrollment information and support throughout the admissions process.

Previous experience in enrollment, admissions, community outreach, marketing, sales, or customer engagement.
Experience planning or supporting community events.
Familiarity with student enrollment systems or customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift, carry, push, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Ability to load, unload, transport, and organize event materials and promotional equipment.

$18.00-$20.00 per hour, based on experience
