About the role

You will be a strategic advisor to leading enterprise brands across North America, helping them turn business goals into high-performance mobile and multi-channel engagement strategies.

Map customer value and KPIs: Conduct discovery sessions with key stakeholders to identify core business challenges and build Value Realization Frameworks that connect Airship solutions to measurable outcomes
Design multi-channel customer journeys: Develop engagement strategies across email, mobile, SMS, digital wallets, and more for enterprise brands
Own the ROI narrative: Partner with Account Teams to lead business reviews that go beyond usage metrics to demonstrate clear financial impact and strategic return
Translate data into action: Turn customer data and campaign results into actionable insights and recommendations that optimize performance
Contribute to scalable frameworks: Help develop standardized playbooks and AI-powered tools that elevate consulting quality across the global organization
Use AI to work smarter: Apply AI tools for research, content development, and performance auditing to deliver faster, higher-quality strategic guidance
Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with VP and Director-level marketing stakeholders
Mentorship and growth opportunities to build skills and accelerate professional development

4-6 years of experience in consulting, a digital agency, or a client-side marketing role (e.g., CRM Manager, Lifecycle Marketing Manager, CX Strategist)
Experience designing multi-channel customer engagement strategies across two or more channels (email, mobile, SMS, web, digital wallets)
Strong data-driven storytelling skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value
Experience facilitating strategic workshops or planning sessions for enterprise stakeholders
Fluency in English required
Specific expertise in email marketing strategy, deliverability, and measurement
Experience with one or more Marketing Cloud platforms (Adobe, Oracle, Salesforce) or CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics)
Hands-on experience using AI tools to increase productivity in research, reporting, and content creation
Functional marketing expertise in one or more of Airship's industry verticals (airlines, retail, media, finance)

Starting Pay Range: $85,000 - $100,000 USD per year
This is a good faith estimate of the base compensation we reasonably expect to pay for this position upon hire.
Actual starting pay may vary based on factors such as relevant skills, work experience, market demands, and location.
