Responsibilities
- Perform fire and life safety code consulting tasks related to Group H-5 semiconductor facilities
- Assist with the development of alternate methods of design and/or code modification submittals
- Perform site surveys
- Coordinate closely with design teams and authorities having jurisdiction
- Experience in developing building code concepts and equivalencies, conducting building plan reviews, and conducting field reviews/inspections
Nice to have
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to present clear and technically sound fire protection engineering strategies
- Ability to work well independently and to interact with other industry professionals, associated trades, and jurisdictional authorities
