CNC Machinist - Custom Machine Shop 2nd Shift (Mon-Thurs 4:00 pm-2:30 am) and Weekend Shift (Fri-Sun, 7am-7pm) 2 openings for each shift.

As our experienced CNC Machinist, you'll play a key role in bringing technical designs to life by:

Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and CMM data, including GD&T.
Proficiency with precision measurement tools including calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and more.
A proactive, self‑driven work style with the ability to complete tasks with minimal direction.
Solid mechanical aptitude with a problem‑solver mindset.
Excellent communication skills -able to collaborate with programmers, quality inspectors, and fellow machinists.

Interpreting technical drawings and blueprints to understand part geometry, features, and tolerances.
Operating multiple CNC milling machine centers, many with the help of automation.
Loading raw materials, securing workpieces, changing tools, and making offsets for efficient and accurate machining.
Inspecting and measuring finished parts using calipers, micrometers, CMM, and other precision tools.
Reviewing and understanding CMM reports to verify dimensional accuracy.
Completing inspection and production reports to ensure documentation and workflow accuracy.
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.
