- CNC Machinist - Custom Machine Shop 2nd Shift (Mon-Thurs 4:00 pm-2:30 am) and Weekend Shift (Fri-Sun, 7am-7pm) 2 openings for each shift.

Requirements
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and CMM data, including GD&T.
- Proficiency with precision measurement tools including calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and more.
- A proactive, self‑driven work style with the ability to complete tasks with minimal direction.
- Solid mechanical aptitude with a problem‑solver mindset.
- Excellent communication skills -able to collaborate with programmers, quality inspectors, and fellow machinists.

Nice to have
- Experience operating multi-axis CNC machining centers is a strong plus.
Skills
- Interpreting technical drawings and blueprints to understand part geometry, features, and tolerances.
- Operating multiple CNC milling machine centers, many with the help of automation.
- Loading raw materials, securing workpieces, changing tools, and making offsets for efficient and accurate machining.
- Inspecting and measuring finished parts using calipers, micrometers, CMM, and other precision tools.
- Reviewing and understanding CMM reports to verify dimensional accuracy.
- Completing inspection and production reports to ensure documentation and workflow accuracy.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.
