About the role

This role is based at our Salt Lake City headquarters, with the expectation that the majority of work is performed on-site.
Track engineering and project development resource allocations across individuals, teams, and project workstreams
Monitor project progress, identify schedule risks/conflicts, and proactively communicate impacts to stakeholders

Develop, maintain, and continuously improve detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project
Build and manage integrated master schedules across multiple concurrent projects
Coordinate closely with engineering, operations, procurement, project development, and external EPC partners to align timelines and dependencies
Meet regularly with external EPC partners to inform internal master schedules (progress updates, schedule integration, etc.)
Maintain schedule baselines and track variance against plan
Support project planning efforts including scope definition, work breakdown structures (WBS), and milestone development
Maintain accurate documentation of schedules, assumptions, and changes

Frequent lifting and moving of items up to fifty (50) pounds*, bending, reaching above shoulder level, climbing stairs, pulling, prolonged standing or sitting may be required.
Must have safe work habits and perform all duties in accordance with company safety policies.
The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Microsoft Project and experience working in hardware-focused, EPC, or industrial project environments.

Bachelor's degree relevant to role or significant additional highly relevant experience.
Technical relevant degree a plus (Engineering, Construction Management, etc)
5-9 + years of experience in project scheduling, preferably in industrial, EPC, manufacturing, or hardware development environments
High proficiency in Microsoft Project (required)
Strong understanding of scheduling concepts including critical path, float, dependencies, and resource loading
Experience supporting engineering-driven projects with cross-functional coordination
Familiarity with EPC workflows, construction sequencing, and procurement timelines
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
