About the role

  • This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, from diagnosing and resolving technical issues to installing and configuring hardware and software.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software incidents, including issues with company-issued computers, peripherals, conference room technology, and network connectivity.
  • Install and configure IT hardware and software.

Responsibilities

  • Executive and C-Suite Support:
  • Provide dedicated technical support to Executive staff, including the C‑Suite, ensuring prompt issue resolution and optimal technology performance.
  • Perform routine maintenance and updates to ensure reliable operations.
  • Network Support:
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues to minimize downtime and maintain business continuity.
  • Track, route, and document incidents and service requests, with experience using ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
  • Manage technical onboarding for new hires, including device configuration and workspace setup to ensure a smooth start.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in an IT support role with a proven ability to resolve a wide range of technical issues
  • Experience supporting executive teams, with strong communication skills and a high level of discretion
  • Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network systems, with experience in IT Asset Management
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
