Responsibilities
- Develop tailored care plans, apply appropriate interventions, and continuously evaluate patient outcomes to enhance overall care quality.
Requirements
- BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing
- Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Current nursing licensure in state(s) of employment
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 1 month
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within 3 months
- Pediatric Advanced Life support (PALS) certification within 1 year
- Two years of previous ICU nursing experience.
Nice to have
- Preferred PACU experience.
