About the role
- You will be a key technical member of a cross-functional and rapidly growing organization as we deploy some of Antora's first commercial scale projects.
- Direct engineering activities to ensure compliance with environmental, safety, or other governmental regulations.
- Review & approve Issued For Construction engineering drawing packages.
Responsibilities
- As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead internal and external teams to define, design, procure, construct, and start-up Antora Energy's thermal energy storage power plants across test and commercial sites.
- Technically lead internal and external (EPC) engineering teams, to define, design, procure, construct, and start-up Antora power plant projects.
- Own & maintain the project schedule, budget, and resource plan.

Requirements
- Experience working independently, as well as working in a team-orientated and fast-paced startup-like environment.
Nice to have
- PMP Certification.
- Familiarity with 3D CAD (Solidworks, Navisworks), 2D drawings (AutoCAD).
- Experience with local jurisdictions permit and regulation processes.
- Ensure adherence to HSE policies of internal and external parties.
- Vendor and client relations.
- Managing contractors.

Compensation
- $163,000 USD - $195,000 USD
- Sala ry Basis: Annual

- The actual salary offered will be within the posted range and determined based on several factors including but not limited to a candidate's experiences, credentials and expertise, as they pertain to the position's requirements.
