Requirements
- We need someone with proven experience supervising large, multi-layered teams and the humility to embrace our growth-focused culture.
- Comfort working with data systems, reporting tools, and performance tracking
- Experience working with CRM's and/or voter management systems like i360
- Comfort and confidence working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment independent of direct supervision or direction.
- The ability to travel at least 25% of the time and a valid driver's license.
