About the role

  • Provides Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems.
  • Familiarity with system administration tasks across both platforms will be beneficial, as well as the ability to adapt and operate efficiently within mixed environments.

Requirements

  • Ten (10) years of experience as a System Administrator in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
  • Proven experience working with both Linux and Windows-based systems is essential for this role.
  • Candidates should have hands-on expertise in managing, configuring, and troubleshooting these operating systems, demonstrating proficiency in utilizing their respective tools and features.
