The base salary range for this role is 150,000-170,000 CAD.

Responsibilities

You build structured operating rhythms - QBRs, forecast cadences, team rituals - and you make them stick
This is a rare opportunity to own a $6M business unit end-to-end - P&L, people, product direction, and go-to-market strategy. As General Manager, you're not a passenger in this growth story
you set the destination and drive it.
Own the full P&L for a $6M business unit - revenue, cost, margin, and growth targets
Lead, coach, and develop a cross-functional team of 10-20 across sales, CS, and ops
Drive new logo acquisition and existing account expansion through strong go-to-market execution
Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key clients and district partners
Partner with Product to prioritize the roadmap based on BU-specific customer insight and commercial opportunity
Identify operational gaps, build the processes to close them, and hold the team accountable to using them

Requirements

You are a Management Consultant from a top tier firm or you've held full P&L responsibility for a business unit or division of at least $5M in revenue - you know what it feels like when every dollar is yours
