About the role

The Manager, Technology Business Management is responsible for driving the strategic alignment of technology investments with organizational goals.
This role provides critical insights into technology spend and performance, enabling data-driven decision making and optimizing the value of technology across the enterprise.
The Manager, Technology Business Management will work within the Technology Division, reporting directly to the Director.

Supports the development and implementation of Technology Business Management (TBM) frameworks to optimize technology portfolios and drive investment decisions.
Partners with finance and procurement to develop and monitor technology budgets, forecasts, and cost recovery models.
Collaborate with the Cloud Optimization team to support comprehensive visibility of Cloud implications to overall cost, project activities, operational processes, and business cases, ensuring ongoing engagement and alignment with the Cloud Optimization objectives.

Demonstrated expertise in technology budgeting, cost analysis, and performance measurement.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Knowledge of TBM tools and frameworks, and familiarity with IT service management practices.
Minimum 5 years of experience in technology business management, IT financial management, or a related discipline.
Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing complex projects in a large organization.

Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., TBM, ITIL, PMP) preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field

The Base Salary range for this level is as follows:$105,000 - $155,000.Individual compensation and placement of this role in the range is based on different factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to relevant experience,
