About the role

You'll ensure data-driven decision-making and foster a data-first culture.
Leverage AI-Augmented Analytics Workflows: Apply AI coding tools to accelerate development, improve code quality, and establish best practices for AI-assisted analytics across the team.

Build and maintain reliable, scalable data models that ensure data integrity and accuracy across all business functions.
Work closely with engineering, product, marketing, and sales teams to understand data needs and support data-driven decision-making.
Implement and uphold data governance policies and industry best practices to maintain compliance and security.

Do you thrive in a fast-paced startup environment where you have the autonomy to shape and scale data infrastructure?
5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, Snowflake, Redshift, or similar.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly present complex data and insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights.

Experience working with dbt for data transformation and analytics engineering workflows is a
