You will be responsible for creating innovative, scalable, and high-performing software solutions that meet both the needs of our customers and the company's strategic objectives.

Thread AI is focused on building an AI-native workflow orchestration engine looking for dedicated individuals to join its growing team.
We're a small and committed technical team that oversees engineering, research, design, product, and operations.
We believe that a small dedicated team with a flat structure and collaborative culture can move faster and build better products than large hierarchical organizations.

6+ years of experience in backend software development, with a solid understanding of backend technologies and frameworks
Experience with database systems (SQL/NoSQL, embeddings) and data storage solutions.
Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and any cloud platform like GCP, AWS, Azure
Work experience with software development best practices, including version control (e.g., Git), automated testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD)

Experience working with AI/ML tools and products, with an understanding of the capabilities and limitations of the technologies
