About the role

  • The Manufacturing Technician 1 is responsible for the assembly and test of assigned Cadwell products to documented specifications.
  • Products are Class I and II medical devices, therefore meeting quality and productivity standards is an essential requirement of the position.
  • This position is located at company headquarters in Kennewick, WA.

Responsibilities

  • Perform assembly and functional testing following documented specifications to complete assigned Cadwell sub-assemblies and final assemblies
  • Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition, and follow prescribed safety procedures and regulations
  • Perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned

Requirements

  • basic knowledge of circuits and PCB schematics
  • overtime may be required to meet business needs
  • Maintain paper and electronic quality and materials records as required
  • Perform preventive maintenance on equipment as required per P.M. charts

Nice to have

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with assembly of complex electronic assemblies preferred

Skills

  • Complete tasks as directed with minimal supervision, with precision and within defined schedule
  • Work both independently and as an effective member of the team
  • MS Office and Google applications, and database systems
  • Physical Requirements /
  • Use of computer and various hand and electronic tools

Compensation

  • $20k-$27k
