Responsibilities
- Support senior care patients in improving strength, balance, and independence
- Monitor, document, and report patient progress to the supervising Physical Therapist
- Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and the interdisciplinary care team
- Autonomy to manage your own patient schedule
- Ongoing support, mentorship, and professional development opportunities
Requirements
- Current CPR certification (AHA required)
- Hands-on experience in rehabilitation and senior care
- The ability to make a real impact in patients' lives every day
- Active California Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (home health experience preferred)
- Strong interest in home health, rehab, and senior care
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
Compensation
- $55k-$70k
