Responsibilities

  • Mentor and develop associate veterinarians, especially early-career DVMs
  • Support clinical growth in areas like surgery, diagnostics, and case management
  • Help drive consistency in quality of care while respecting each hospital's individuality
  • Highly organized and able to manage time effectively
  • Willingness to travel across the region to support all clinics spanning from Palmdale, CA to Covina, CA
  • We trust our doctor partners with the decision-making skills to choose what's best for their practice, while we customize the support.

Nice to have

  • DEA license preferred, not required

Compensation

  • Salary Range can vary from $180,000 to $230,000, with flexibility based on experience!

  • You'll partner closely with your Regional Operations Manager to align medical and operational excellence, while serving as a trusted resource for your teams.
