Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience with electromechanical, hydraulic, and downhole tool or similar systems.
- Proficiency with standard measuring tools and torque-controlled assembly.
- Experience with data analytics, Excel, SAP, MS Office, Outlook, and other database applications.
- Experience with HPHT or oilfield downhole tools.
Skills
- Assemble, test, and troubleshoot hydraulic systems such as valves, pistons, actuators, and pressure chambers.
- Conduct pressure, leak, and environmental testing to verify tool performance and compliance with specifications.
- Ensure compliance with Baker Hughes Quality Management System (QMS) and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements.
- Maintain accurate documentation, inspection records, and component traceability.
