4+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter in legal or professional services.
Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and moving quickly.
Thrive in ambiguity and enjoy building from scratch.
Experience at a law firm, legal search firm, or in-house legal recruiting function.
Exposure to AI, LegalTech, or emerging legal practice areas.
Familiarity with Ashby.
