Responsibilities
- Building in Quality Control for Engineering processes and deliverables. Develop and implement strategies to maintain and improve the quality of project engineering processes, products, and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Design and execute comprehensive training programs for project engineering staff to enhance their skills, knowledge, and competencies.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including manuals, guidelines, and standard operating procedures (SOPs), to support engineering and project execution.
- Provide guidance and support to engineers in following established procedures and best practices.
- Support the development and implementation of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of project delivery and engineering processes.
- Work closely with engineering teams to develop action plans and initiatives to address performance gaps and optimize processes.
- Create and regularly review and update Parts Library to reflect changes in product designs and manufacturing processes. ·
- Support engineering by providing expertise, resources, and guidance for a range of engineering software tools, including but not limited to AutoCAD, Inventor, Revit, AutoCAD Electrical, Navisworks, ACC, Vault, and custom add-ons tailored to enhance functionality within these platforms.

Requirements
- Ability to walk, kneel, crouch and balance frequently.
- Ability to climb, ascending or descending ladders, stairs, ramps, etc., using feet, legs and/or hands and arms frequently.
- Ability to lift, push or pull up to 75lbs occasionally.
- Ability to sit/stand frequently for long and/or intermittent periods of time.
- Personal Protective Equipment required at active job sites.
- Employees may be required to perform any other job-related duties as requested by their supervisor.
- Engineering Bachelors degree (or similar engineering program) from an accredited college with 3+ years of relevant experience, or 6+ years of relevant engineering experience.

- Material Handling and Conveyor experience preferred
- Strong management and advanced collaboration and communication skills (written and verbal communication)

- Strong interpersonal, organizational, time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel
