Requirements
- TikTok short-form (~1 minute): fast-paced tips, hooks, quick problem demos, and career or degree-completion advice.
- How to Earn Your Bachelor's Degree in 2 Years with Degree Hacked
- make test prep and degree-completion content feel confident, approachable, and effective for adult learners.
- No editing is required.
- Required Skills & Qualifications
Nice to have
- Military experience (current or former service) is a plus for ASVAB content, not required
- Core academic subjects (Math, ELA, Reading, Science)
- Military test-prep topics (Electronics, Mechanical Comprehension, Auto & Shop)
- K-12 teaching content for certification exams (Praxis, TExES, FTCE, CSET)
- English-language instruction (TOEFL®)
- Expertise in at least one subject area relevant to our channels, such as:
Skills
- Confident, natural presenter who can explain complex ideas simply and connect with the viewer
- Equipment:
- Reliable camera (smartphone or dedicated camera with HD 1080p minimum)
- External microphone for clear audio
- Good lighting for recording
- Tablet/stylus or dry-erase board (and printer if needed) for demonstrations and practice problem walkthroughs
- Professionalism: Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and respond constructively to feedback
- Bachelor's degree or advanced expertise in test-prep subject areas
- Experience working from scripts or writing instructional scripts
- Background creating educational or tutorial content
- Experience presenting to adult or nontraditional learners
- Familiarity with short-form content pacing, hooks, and trends
