About the role

Working within an a gile methodology, th is individual will facilitate sprint planning, quarterly planning, stand up meetings, and other foundational meetings to ensure project alignment and momentum.
Act as an advocate to raise the awareness of the needs of children.
Understand Christ's mandate to protect children.

Maintain a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
Report any concerns of abuse, neglect or exploitation of children through Compassion's internal reporting process and appropriately support responses to incidents if they occur.
Use discretion and judgement to lead or support project planning, resourcing, staffing, supply and subcontract management on basic projects.
May provide expertise to other professionals and support staff in the project management discipline.
Apply professional project management skills to plan, monitor and manage projects from initiation through completion.
This includes developing assignments, timetables and responsibilities for team members for the duration of the project.

The Project Manager will secure required resources and apply formal project management processes and tools to manage timelines, budgets, risks, and change control.
Familiarity with agile methodologies including working in Sprints and performing backlog refinement.

Three years relevant experience as a project manager
experience managing projects in marketing contexts strongly preferred.
Demonstrated experience using a project management system for project/program/portfolio management
Workfront experience preferred.
