About the role
- Under general supervision, performs moderately complex job cost tasks and supports special projects to assist in managing the company's job cost function.
- Provides administrative support to project teams, departments, and managers throughout all phases of projects, from inception to completion, ensuring efficient management of cost-related activities.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable, job cost control, and cash collections for assigned projects.
- Organize and maintain project-related documentation for easy access and reference.
- Perform public works compliance tasks to ensure regulatory adherence.
- Performs other duties as requested
Requirements
- Adhere to contract billing requirements including preparation of payment applications, lien releases, and other required documentation.
