About the role

Responsibilities
- Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable goals.
- Mentor and support clinic therapists to ensure excellence in patient care and documentation.
- Lead regular team meetings and one-on-one check-ins.
- Collaborate with Clinical Directors to implement and improve clinic procedures.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current Texas SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required.
- Minimum 2- 3 years of pediatric experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent time management and documentation abilities.
- Deep commitment to ethical, high-quality, family-centered care.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems preferred.
