- Honor Foods is seeking an experienced Senior Buyer to join our Purchasing team in Philadelphia.
Responsibilities
- Manage purchasing activities across a broad portfolio of foodservice products and commodities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, distributors, and vendor partners
- Partner cross-functionally to maintain product availability while supporting customer needs
- Review purchasing metrics, inventory performance, and forecasting data to support business decisions
- Mentor and support members of the purchasing team
Requirements
- ✔ 5+ years of purchasing, procurement, commodity buying, or strategic sourcing experience
- ✔ Knowledge of inventory planning, forecasting, category management, and supply chain operations
- ✔ Ability to analyze commodity markets and make data-driven purchasing decisions
- ✔ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with ERP or inventory management systems

Nice to have
- ✔ Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field preferred
