Responsibilities

- Virtual Design
- Create immersive 3D models and simulations that help project teams visualize and coordinate designs before construction begins
- Use BIM and other digital tools to support collaboration among owners, designers, contractors, and subcontractors
Nice to have
- Standardize workflows and practices across offices and teams
- Coordinate with the project manager on model setup configuration and project scope requirements
- Review working models and PDF deliverables for compliance with modeling and documentation standards
- Run clash detection reports, resolve clashes, and participate in the BIM coordination process
- Ensure modeling and drawing production meet established company quality standards
- Associate degree or certificate in Building Information Modeling (BIM) preferred
- 4 years of experience minimum, 5 preferred, or equivalent
- Revit experience required
Compensation
- $71,000 - $98,000 Minimums and maximums may vary based on location.
- Individual pay will be based on several factors including experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant.
- Other rewards may include annual bonuses and stock ownership options.
