Responsibilities

  • Virtual Design
  • Create immersive 3D models and simulations that help project teams visualize and coordinate designs before construction begins
  • Use BIM and other digital tools to support collaboration among owners, designers, contractors, and subcontractors

Nice to have

  • Standardize workflows and practices across offices and teams
  • Coordinate with the project manager on model setup configuration and project scope requirements
  • Review working models and PDF deliverables for compliance with modeling and documentation standards
  • Run clash detection reports, resolve clashes, and participate in the BIM coordination process
  • Ensure modeling and drawing production meet established company quality standards
  • Associate degree or certificate in Building Information Modeling (BIM) preferred
  • 4 years of experience minimum, 5 preferred, or equivalent
  • Revit experience required

Compensation

  • $71,000 - $98,000 Minimums and maximums may vary based on location.
  • Individual pay will be based on several factors including experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant.
  • Other rewards may include annual bonuses and stock ownership options.
