About the role

You'll serve as the connective tissue between the physical workplace, the client's culture, and the people who bring it to life every day.
Unlike our multi-tenant spaces, this role requires a deep, singular focus on one organization's unique needs, brand standards, and elevated expectations.
You will be responsible for driving the momentum of the workplace, orchestrating every detail from the quality of the coffee to the success of large-scale events.

Coordinate "surprise & delight" moments and team-building activations.
Manage all facility operations to ensure a flawless environment.
Proactively manage inventory, ordering, and stocking of all essential office, conference room, and cafe supplies, ensuring budgets are met.

4+ years of operations, hospitality, or experience management in a premium environment (e.g., luxury hotel, high-end corporate office, upscale venue).
Exceptional professional demeanor and polished communication skills-you are comfortable interacting with senior executives and delivering concierge-level service.
Proven ability to plan, organize, and execute large and small-scale events flawlessly.
Technologically savvy with proficiency in common workplace tools (e.g., Google Workspace, scheduling/booking platforms).
Must be a proactive problem-solver who anticipates needs and can work independently without constant supervision.
You are driven by a need for operational perfection, and you understand that the smallest details make the biggest difference.
You are resilient, embrace hard work, and are energized by supporting and elevating a single client's culture through impeccable service.

The base compensation for this role is $80,169. The successful candidate's actual base compensation will be based upon a variety of factors, including but not limited to work experience, job related knowledge, skills and professional qualifications.
You will also be eligible for a target annual bonus of 10% of your base salary.
Base and bonus compensation are just two components of Industrious' total compensation package that may be available to employees.

Plan and execute weekly happy hours and 2-3 large-scale team events (e.g., social mixers, holiday parties) each month.
