Responsibilities
- Partners with members of management as an internal consultant to research, design, develop, and measure various training programs; and, educates training personnel on instructional design methodologies and theories.
- Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc.).
- Maintain project documentation and course folders.
- Support ad hoc projects and assignments, as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of related work experience
- Experience in Articulate 360 and Storyline Training Software.
- Experience creating targeted content that generates measurable ROI.
- Experience in video course creation and script writing.

- Leverage a variety of methodologies, blended learning approaches, and learning design best practices with an emphasis on real-world application relevant for adult learners in a business environment.
- Develop training manuals, materials, and aids ensuring material accomplishes the stated learning/organizational objectives.
- Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and transfer.
- Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process.
- Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of related work experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
