Responsibilities

  • Partners with members of management as an internal consultant to research, design, develop, and measure various training programs; and, educates training personnel on instructional design methodologies and theories.
  • Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc.).
  • Maintain project documentation and course folders.
  • Support ad hoc projects and assignments, as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of related work experience
  • Experience in Articulate 360 and Storyline Training Software.
  • Experience creating targeted content that generates measurable ROI.
  • Experience in video course creation and script writing.

  • Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and transfer.

  • Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of related work experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
