About the role
- Kronospan is the world's leading producer of wood panel products including MDF, OSB, Particleboard, and Laminate Flooring.
- The associate in this position will be expected to work overtime as needed and to fill in for absences on shift as needed.
Requirements
- Experience in performing advanced preventive maintenance procedures.
- The ability to work with others in identifying and solving complex manufacturing problems.
- The ability to work independently with little or no direct supervision.
- The ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted
- Advanced knowledge of electrical, architectural, and mechanical diagrams, drawings, and specifications
- Advanced knowledge of procedures to test for, locate, and repair electrical malfunctions
- Thorough knowledge of electrical/electronic and mechanical principles
- The electrician must rely on their knowledge of electrical and mechanical principles in order to troubleshoot malfunctions to equipment and systems and to repair and restore operation.
