Responsibilities
- Design and operationalize allocation models across long-term team-based and short-term task-based work - balancing strategic fit with resource optimization.
- Partner with client teams and practice excellence leaders to ensure alignment between talent supply and demand, and facilitate strong skill-to-role matching.
- Maintain a centralized, real-time view of resource management metrics (e.g., utilization and capacity), skills, and demand across the organization to inform decision-making.
- Implement systems and tools to support efficient resource planning, forecasting, and reporting.
- Champion PMG's values and talent philosophy, ensuring people have continuous access to high-quality opportunities that support long-term career development
- Proven ability to build and scale centralized resource management practices in complex, fast-paced organizations.

- Principal to build and lead PMG's centralized resourcing function.

Nice to have
- 10+ years in resource management, workforce planning, or operations, ideally within a professional services or agency environment
- media or marketing experience highly preferred.
- Executive presence and credibility to influence and advise senior leaders, including C-level executives.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills, supported by experience with capacity planning and resource management systems.
- Exceptional communication and change management skills
