About the role

  • We are seeking a results-driven Regional Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team.
  • You will be responsible for expanding our regional presence, prospecting new clients, closing deals, and managing ongoing client relationships.
  • Travel: 25% (The percentage of travel is an estimation, and it could vary up or down based on business needs throughout the year.)

Responsibilities

  • In this role, you'll build strong relationships with landlords, property managers, and real estate professionals.
  • As a Regional Account Executive, you will collaborate closely with marketing, client success, and customer service teams to drive strategic growth and long-term client retention.
  • Working closely with Marketing, Client Success, and Customer Service to develop strategies that attract new clients and retain existing ones
  • With offices in the United States, Australia, the UK, and India, StarRez blends the robust capabilities of a global organization with the personalized care and service of a trusted partner.
  • Our platform enables universities to support their students by streamlining the process of finding and securing off-campus housing.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development,
  • Solid negotiation skills and the ability to navigate complex contracts and deal structures
  • A demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and MS Office or Google Workspace tools
  • Familiarity with the needs and challenges of college housing is a significant advantage

Nice to have

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Previous experience in real estate, property management, or a related field
  • Experience in a fast-paced, growing company

Compensation

  • In addition to the base salary listed below, this role is eligible for a bonus/commission plan.
  • When meeting 100% of goals, the expected total annual compensation for this role is $170,000.
  • StarRez and any of our subsidiaries will not pay fees to any third-party agency or company.
  • US - Salary Range
  • $70,000 - $70,000 USD
