Translating complex business processes into clear, usable designs that account for edge cases, permissions, auditability, and regulatory constraints
Applying and contributing to shared design systems, components, patterns, and documentation
Balancing consistency and flexibility to support evolving product needs without introducing one-off UI
Collaborating early and often with Engineering to ensure designs are feasible and implemented as intended
Providing clear design specifications, assets, and interaction details to support delivery
Iterating on designs based on feedback, changing priorities, technical constraints, and learnings
Participating in design reviews and critiques to improve overall design quality
Communicating design concepts, decisions, and tradeoffs clearly to stakeholders
Ensuring designs meet usability, accessibility, and quality standards, particularly for client-facing experiences

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
3-5 years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or a related role
Proficiency in Figma, including component usage and collaboration workflows
Experience designing enterprise or internal tools, particularly in data-heavy or regulated environments
Experience supporting usability testing or research activities
Familiarity with Agile or iterative delivery models
Experience with platforms such as Power Apps, Power BI, or similar enterprise tools
Comfort collaborating across time zones and participating in working sessions during overlap hours
3-5 Years of experience
