About the role

  • Strategy Engineering & Consulting LLC is seeking a Process Engineer (10-20 years' experience) to join our growing team.
  • Prepare process simulations and Heat & Material Balances (H&MBs).
  • Size, specify, and prepare datasheets for mechanical/process equipment (vessels, tanks, pumps, compressors, turbines, fans, blowers, utilities, etc.).

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to conceptual engineering, FEED, and detailed design for onshore and offshore facilities (Greenfield and Brownfield).
  • Develop technical specifications, requisitions, and bid evaluations for equipment packages.
  • Perform engineering calculations including hydraulics, relief/vent sizing, PSV and control valve sizing, flare, vent, blowdown, and tank venting.
  • Coordinate with drafting/design teams to deliver accurate drawings and layouts.
  • Support procurement, vendor interfaces, and regulatory submittals.
  • Perform site visits (onshore and offshore) to collect data, survey existing facilities, and support upgrades or modifications.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced)
  • working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and Project.

Nice to have

  • 10-20 years of relevant engineering experience (oil & gas preferred, but not required).

Skills

  • Strong analytical, detail-oriented, organizational, and communication skills (written and verbal).

Compensation

  • $10k-$20k
