About the role

The Commercial Broker role at Transworld Commercial Real Estate, A Prospere Companies division, acts as the intermediary during the sale, purchase, or lease of commercial space, managing the entire deal process and all parties involved.
As our firm grows in size and depth, we need additional business-savvy professionals to continue our mission of supporting small business owners with their commercial property needs in Dallas-Fort Worth.
We are currently looking for new commercial brokers across the DFW area.

Responsibilities

Internal Pipeline Execution: Capitalize on a consistent stream of qualified leads generated by the Business Brokerage and Growth Consulting divisions by providing specialized real estate solutions to existing business clients.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify and develop relationships with property owners, investors, tenants, and developers to generate new business opportunities.
Business Development & Networking: Actively network within the industry, attend relevant events, and leverage professional connections to expand business opportunities and maintain a strong pipeline.
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all transactions comply with local, state, and federal real estate regulations and maintain accurate documentation for all deals.
Identify and develop relationships with property owners, investors, tenants, and developers to generate new business opportunities.
Actively network within the industry, attend relevant events, and leverage professional connections to expand business opportunities and maintain a strong pipeline.
Ensure all transactions comply with local, state, and federal real estate regulations and maintain accurate documentation for all deals.

Requirements

Minimum 3+ years of COMMERCIAL real estate broker experience required.

Compensation

$750,000 to $1,000,000+ Top commercial brokers earn over $1,000,000 annually.
