About the role
- This position serves Classical Charter Schools of Whiteville.
- Applications will be open through June 5, 2026 with interviews scheduled the week of June 15.

Requirements
- A Master's degree or equivalent experience is highly desirable.
- A Coach will have extensive classroom experience in the grades for which they are responsible.
- A Coach will have an extensive academic background in their content area or responsibility. A Master's degree or equivalent experience is highly desirable.
- A Coach will have achieved passing scores on the tests specified by RBA for their subject specialty.
- Coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis, Probability and Statistics, and in the subject specialty departments are highly desirable and will command a salary increment commensurate with the additional work.
- Physical ability to lift/carry 20 lbs. and dexterity to perform the duties and responsibilities of the job.
