Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related technical discipline.
A master's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or Business Administration (MBA) is highly valued.
10+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, supply chain, or procurement.
Experience negotiating equipment or hardware agreements within the robotics, automation, construction machinery, or automotive industries.
Proven track record of supporting rapid scaling in operations or deployment environments.
Strong experience in strategic vendor negotiations, contracting, and global sourcing.
Skills and behaviors: ability to work dynamically and collaboratively across multiple teams in a fast-paced, technical business environment with minimal supervision.

Excellent communication skills, a results-oriented and can-do attitude, and a strong execution mindset.

The expected salary for this position, at commencement of employment, is between $161,000 and $200,600/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge,

medical, dental, and vision coverage, life insurance, 401(k) eligibility, and paid time off (including vacation, sick leave time, and parental leave).
