Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related technical discipline.
- A master's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or Business Administration (MBA) is highly valued.
- 10+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, supply chain, or procurement.
- Experience negotiating equipment or hardware agreements within the robotics, automation, construction machinery, or automotive industries.
- Proven track record of supporting rapid scaling in operations or deployment environments.
- Strong experience in strategic vendor negotiations, contracting, and global sourcing.
- Skills and behaviors: ability to work dynamically and collaboratively across multiple teams in a fast-paced, technical business environment with minimal supervision.

Compensation
- The expected salary for this position, at commencement of employment, is between $161,000 and $200,600/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge,
