Maintain key client relationships, understand their Data & Analytics strategy and business objectives, and identify ways to enable them to succeed in becoming data-driven decision making organizations.
Provide client enablement support for technical resources to adopt ownership of technical solutions and drive their utilization.
Proactively identify ways for Tableau Services to enable clients to maximize the value of their Data & Analytics environment and drive return-on-investment on their software.
Manage customer expectations; negotiate solutions to complex problems with both the customer and third-party partners

4+ years of experience working in Technical Data & Analytics or related field with a Bachelor's degree
You're the best at what you do and you know how to work with your colleagues to get their best.
Ability to define, identify and resolve problems with varying degrees of complexity.
You have strong technical skills across various technologies & impeccable business acumen.
Knowledge of databases, warehouses, business intelligence systems and data analysis tools.
Experience in SQL, SAML, network troubleshooting, Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure), architecting systems for high availability, failover, disaster recovery, and redundancy.
