The Trading Systems Support Senior Associate will be part of the Webull Pay Operations team, supporting the daily trading activity as well as vendor integration and process improvement.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, high attention to detail and an ability to work with global teams across multiple timezones.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.

The base salary range is $90,000 - $115,000 annually, plus a discretionary bonus and full benefits.
