The Data Governance Analyst is responsible for managing and sustaining enterprise master data across ERP (Infor LN) and connected systems.
This position extends beyond transactional maintenance, requiring the use of AI, automation, and advanced data tools to enhance quality, streamline workflows, and establish a sustainable end-to-end governance model.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field
2+ years of related experience in Master Data Management, Data Governance, or Data Analysis
Familiarity with governance frameworks and audit/compliance controls
High degree of initiative and ownership, as well as a proven history of delivering results while working with several different departments in a fast-paced environment

Master Data Management & Technical Execution
Execute and enforce Master Data & System Management (MDSM) standards, policies and controls
Data Governance & Quality Management
Distribute quarterly governance reporting to stakeholders and update system accordingly
Process Improvement & Automation Enablement
Refine and standardize workflows for master data intake, validation and maintenance
Leverage AI-enabled tools to detect quality issues, automate validation processes and accelerate analysis
Participate in onboarding and data harmonization of new enterprise applications
