Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain features and components of WellSky solutions with an emphasis on code quality, performance, and scalability.
- Collaborate with solution managers, designers, and other teams to gather requirements, propose solutions, and deliver high-impact features that align with business goals.
- Optimize system performance and scalability through troubleshooting and ongoing improvements.
- Develop and maintain a robust set of unit tests and participate in other styles of automated testing, including integration, load, and performance testing to validate quality of code written.
- Perform other job duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- At least 2-4 years of relevant work experience
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL
- Working knowledge of Agile development and understanding of the SDLC process
- Experience and proficient with Linux
Nice to have
- Practical experience working with cloud technologies
- Network, server, and application-status monitoring
- Application Development/Coding/Scripting Experience
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server
- Job Expectations:
- Willing to work as a part on an on-call rotation
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed
- Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
